MOVE BETTER FEEL BETTER

What if the main key to better movement isn't your muscles—but your brain?  .

STRENGTH TRAINING

Restore movement. Build strength.

Science-based weight training based on modern biomechanics that improves breathing, alignment, and mobility while building strength.

NEURO TRAINING

Train the systems behind every movement.

Science-based drills for vision, balance, and body awareness to reduce muscular tension and improve performance.

TREATMENTS

Restore balance. Find calm.

Energetic treatments through Reiki and sound therapy that support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and overall well-being.

Sometimes the body has regained the physical capacity to move, yet the nervous system may still respond with protection based on previous experiences.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Work with me to build a strength program designed specifically for the way your body moves.

Most strength programs ask how to make you stronger. This approach first asks how your body was designed to move.

Built on modern biomechanics, gait principles, and contemporary movement science—including concepts developed by movement specialist Conor Harris—we look at how your body breathes, rotates, transfers force, and adapts. Your strength program is then designed to restore efficient movement while helping you become stronger, more balanced, and more resilient.

When you book this session, you'll receive:

✓ A personalized biomechanical assessment

✓ A gym-based strength training program designed specifically for your body

✓ A smarter approach to building strength through better movement

Your body can learn to move differently.

You don't have to accept pain, stiffness, or limited movement just because you've spent years at a desk, played one sport, or recovered from an injury.

Modern biomechanics is changing the way we understand movement. By understanding how your body has adapted, we can help restore balance, improve movement, and build lasting strength.

NEURO TRAINING

Train the systems behind every movement.

Long before a muscle contracts, your brain has already decided how it wants your body to move.

Every second, it receives information from your eyes, inner ears, joints, muscles, and skin. Together, these systems determine whether movement feels safe, coordinated, and efficient—or whether your body responds with tension and protection.

Neuro Training uses simple, science-based drills for vision, balance, body awareness, breathing, and coordination to improve the quality of that information.

Small changes in the information your brain receives can sometimes create surprisingly big changes in how your body moves and feels

When you book this session, you'll receive:

✓ An introduction to Neuro Training

✓ Simple drills for vision, balance, and body awareness

✓ Videos and exercises you can continue practicing at home

Discover a new way to understand movement.

Most of us have been taught to train our muscles.

Few of us have been taught to train the systems that control them.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, feeling stiff, or simply curious about how your brain influences movement, Neuro Training offers a completely different perspective on how the body works.

Sometimes changing the input changes the output.

TREATMENTS

Your body is complex. Sometimes movement, strength training, and neuroscience are enough to restore balance.

Sometimes they aren't.

You may have regained the physical ability to move, yet still feel like something is holding you back. Stress, fear, difficult life experiences, or long-held thought patterns can sometimes continue influencing how you experience your body, even when everything else seems ready to move forward.

That's where Reiki and Sound Healing can offer another layer of support.

While Strength Training works through movement and Neuro Training works through the nervous system, these treatments are intended to complement those approaches by creating space to explore the emotional, mental, and energetic patterns that may also be part of your experience.

Because healing doesn't always happen through action.

Sometimes it begins by creating the conditions where change feels safe.

What happens during a treatment?

You'll spend around 60 minutes resting comfortably on a treatment bed while simply allowing yourself to receive.

Depending on your preference, the session includes Reiki or Sound Healing with tuning forks.

Many people use these sessions to support relaxation, process emotional experiences, reconnect with themselves, or explore deeper patterns that they feel may be influencing how they move through life.

Your only job is to relax.

Mine is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and listen to what your body may be ready to show you.

Every session is different because every person is different.

If this resonates with you...

Not everyone feels called to this way of working—and that's okay.

But if you feel there's more to your healing journey than movement alone, these treatments offer another path of exploration and support.

Sometimes the greatest transformation begins not by doing more...

...but by allowing yourself to receive.

Healing happens when the body receives the information it needs to feel safe enough to change.
